Top Local Tips for Bristol

Buses to Clifton The 8 & 9 bus services from Temple Meads go all the way to Clifton Village, and are very cheap, so no need to get a taxi or walk on a rainy day

Castle Park Beware Castle Park after dark! It's beautiful during the day and definitely a unique public space, but the crowd that gathers after dark is best avoided!

SS GB Make sure you go and see Brunel's SS Great Britain. It's extremely well done and interesting. But be prepared for a long(ish) walk to get there.
