Do not stay here
I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. It is over-priced, tatty, run-down and thoroughly depressing. We were shown two rooms, both appalling but settled on the one which at least had a shower (the other only had an old bath, no shower attachment). The bed must have cost about £50 which, when you think we were paying double that amount per night is atrocious. The plumbing sounded like a space rocket taking off everytime the toilet was flushed. The TV had a fuzzy and broken reception. The bed made loud creaking noises every time you moved so we had a restless night. All in all this is a shockingly over priced hotel with poor service and delusions of grandeur. Do not stay here.
