Could not be better! Amazing standards for a Guest accommodation

We booked to stay at The Royal Bridlington after we had been recommended by several friends over recent years. Initially we were unsure as they told us it's a guest accommodation, not a hotel and we do normally stay in hotels, but we thought after so many recommendations we would give it a go.
They were right. It is a super place. The food and cleanliness was top notch and the service was superb. The owners should be congratulated on their keen attention to even the smallest detail. They work so hard from morning till late at night both being very hands on in the running of the place. We saw the lady owner making beds along with the staff and apparently she even does all the washing and ironing of all the linen - no wonder the beautiful white bed linen is so spotless. The husband cooked our breakfast each day and entertained us with funny stories in the bar in the evening.
We really enjoyed the experience of staying in a guest accommodation. It is far more personal than an hotel and to be honest, the rooms were smaller than that of a four star hotel, but they still had managed to get in most of the same facilities. Will definitley stay again.

I just wanted to say what a super time we had at The Royal. Fiona & Tim were so kind to myself and my husband. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are so clean and the beds are so comfy. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. We shall need to go on a diet now we have got home in preparation for our next visit!
Keep up the good work and we look forward to coming back soon.

Joypur Indian Restaurant If any members like Indian cooking a trip to Joypur Indian restaurant in Cliff Street, Bridlington near the seafront is not to be missed. The food is quite simply the best Indian food you could possibly eat. What is more is that surprisingly it is not expensive even considering the quality and taste. As they do not have a drinks licence you are welcome to take your own alcohol which is a bonus. Finally you could not meet more friendly staff anywhere. Try and visit on Monday nights as they have a special menu priced at a very affordable £6.95 per person.
