A very poor experience

My partner and I spent a few days in this hotel and were very disappointed with the experience. The room was stuck in a 1970s rime warp. The bath did not have a panel and the room was very hot and stuffy. The toilet faced a full length mirror- very disconcerting.
The breakfast was very disappointing and the staff who served it were very unhelpful and surly. All in all a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend a stay here.

This just about the worst Ive ever seen for Bournemouth this is a disgrace, booked three night left after one. only stayed one because they had charged my card, They have no AA listing even though they display it, They have been reoprted to the AA, Tourist office, All coach operators, an web sites where they falsly display, Manager very rude, and directors do not repond to either telephone or emails, For god sake give this group of three hotels a miss or read all the reviews on the various web sites, there are lovely hotels in Bournemouth trying hard this is not one of them

Good Location but Old,Pricy and poor food

I am just back from my easter trip and writing this review to warn people before May Bank Holiday. This hotel is in a lovely location in Bournemouth. I paid whopping 190 pounds for 2 days of Easter and expected the best but unfortunately I found the following :
1. Building is very old and looks shabby. balcony was uncovered and had cheap plastic chairs.
2. Room had old carpet , TV with only BBC , malfunctioning light, noise from room above made it difficult to sleep.
3. Very few choice of food in restaurant and almost nothing for room service. Hotel Bar closes at 08:30 PM !!.
4. They served only Bacon , small value sausages and Chips in Full English Breakfast !!!
5. The Games room was covered in dirt , no painting in the wall , ancient pool table and not even lights were on.
