This is a lovely hotel, food and service excellent! Exceptionally clean.The room we stayed in was furnished in lovely Laura Ashley fabrics. All together, very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel is very clean the staff very efficient, the food excellent and the entertainment programme all very good value for money. The only thing that lets it down are some of the rooms. We have stayed at this hotel may times and every time have had to move rooms because the one we were given was not up to our standards. Some of the rooms have been refurbished and are excellent. The others are either very small, very worn out or in a noisy part of the hotel so really its hit and miss. This stay I can only describe our room as a cupboard with a threadbear carpet. The rooms on the inner hotel face the most depressing view. You are surrounded by other rooms and look down on to a concrete block with air conditioning units and kitchen fans all over.

Have been coming to Sunnycliff for 35 years. The food is excellent and the staff friendly and attentive. In nice quiet spot on North Shore.
