Brilliant service
Stayed at the royal seabank hotel in April. The rooms were spotless, beds very clean we had a really nice view across the water. The staff in the restaurant were very polite and couldn't be more helpful. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful They arranged for my husband and myself a disabled scooter which was delivered within the hour. The night porter was very polite and helpful when the lifts were out of order. He arranged for our cases to be taken down from the third floor. I will certainly be back.

Not Bad
First time in Blackpool. Hotel excellent, although too hot. Rooms adequate for sleeping and very clean. Lift claustrophobic and, although says 2 people, this does not include luggage or larger built people. Food cannot be faulted nor can the staff. Only complaint was no water on Saturday and limited heat in shower water. Cut back on heating and increase boiler for hot water.

Def worth a visit
The food was absolutely brilliant. I was there with my mum who doesn't eat red meat so think she had fish every night but they were all cooked in different ways. I am a very fussy eater and really enjoyed the traditional pub food. They were very fast at serving and always very polite. We just went to the entertainment on the Mon and Thu night as the other nights were an Elvis tribute and a Connie Francis tribute which were just not our cup of tea, but the nights we did go, were excellent. Tickety Boo were there on those nights, and although they may not be the best band in the world, they really kept the crowd going. Also on the Mon night was a Roy Orbison tribute which was really good too. The bar staff were very quick at serving and also very friendly too. The hotel is ideally located for the town and the piers. The room we were in was very spacious and we had an amazing sea view too. The reception staff were also friendly and very helpful. If I were to go back, I wou... Read more
