Can't wait to return next week. I have learning disabilities & travel with my 2 careers twice a year with Blackpool promotions. I just love the hotel, great entertainment, bingo, food & the staff are superb. They make me feel at home every time I return.

We went with a group of lassies, and found the hotel to be clean, centrally located, and the staff were very helpful. The food was of good quality and quantity. The entertainment great, not much more we could of asked for.

My friend and I have had lovely holidays in the Royal Seabank recently, the food was very good, and staff were friendly. Ok, the hotel is a wee bit old fashioned, but it is an old building. The location is great, and we enjoyed the entertainment also. We didn;t mind paying extra for a lovely front room, which gave us a lovely view of the prom. We are going back again next week with Blackpool promotions and we hope we get the same lovely front room.

We booked through Blackpool promotions, expecting a relaxing holiday in a pleasant hotel. Hold right there. This place is a dump. The carpets were about 30 years old, the restaurant staff were ignorant. The entertainment, well apart from a lady called Emma totally unforgettable although I did win £25 at bingo the highlight of my week. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. It's cheap and if you think cheap, then it's perfect for you.

On arrival rooms were unclean

The rooms were unclean, the bathroom was absolutely filthy. I reported it immediately and was told the person who cleaned it would no longer be in a job next week! And they would get someone to clean it promptly. When we returned to the room later that day the bathroom was a little cleaner. There was paper cups under the bed since we arrived and there were not removed. Oviously rooms were not cleaned throughly. The food was o.k. Service was resonable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was nice, the meals were lovely and the staff very nice. The only thing wrong with this hotel was no air conditioning and it was stuffy hot everywhere in the hotel and this made us leave at night time rather than stay for hotels entertainment. This was a shame. We would not return unless this problem was solved otherwise it was a great base and central to all locations.

Booked with Blackpool Promotions which gives great value for money. Staff good on the whole as was food. You won't get better entertainment in a Blackpool Hotel than here. Every night something different. Comedian one night was great and guitar duo Tickety Boo excellent and they spent a lot of time talking to me and my wife which made our holiday. Elvis also on he was good and plenty of bingo! One complaint was the maintenance man who came to look at window in our room who was extremely rude and then couldn`t even fix it! Apart from that great.

Stayed at the royal seabank hotel in April. The rooms were spotless, beds very clean we had a really nice view across the water. The staff in the restaurant were very polite and couldn't be more helpful. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful They arranged for my husband and myself a disabled scooter which was delivered within the hour. The night porter was very polite and helpful when the lifts were out of order. He arranged for our cases to be taken down from the third floor. I will certainly be back.
