just stayed over night, everything we required was there,would highly recommend evening meals,excellent home cooking. also very handy for pleasure beach, pubs and clubs.

I have just returned from a weekend at Blackpool, staying at the RIO Rita Hotel. Close to seafront, and Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Water World, Tram stop at bottom of road. Very friendly couple who run this nice hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. We ranged in our family group from 11 - 62 and we all agreed it was the best guest house we had stayed in in Blackpool for a long time. Clean, cosy, good breakfast, I would recommend this place to any family/couples. We are definitely going to stay there again.

Very close to Pleasure Beach, South Pier and Waterworld (although being close to these the Hotel was quiet). Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was freshly cooked for each individual. Would recommend this to famalies and couples who want to use a hotel as a base for exploring.

This is a really great hotel the service is fantastic and the food is exceptional, the hotel is really clean the room are great he hotel is in the quiet part of Blackpool and is a 5 min walk to pleasure beach and sandcastle water world. This hotel is a must for everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rio Rita, it's a short stroll down to the Pleasure Beach, the rooms are fairly basic but very comfortable and very clean. We have a 5 year old and a 2 year old and the room was more than adequste to cope with them! The breakfast was lovely and the people that run the hotel are very friendly. I'd recommend the place to anybody visitng Blackpool

We stayed at the Rio Rita in Blackpool over new year and had the best time. Breakfast was the best full English I've ever had, we also had a 3 course meal every night cooked by Janice. Every night we were there Janice & John put on some type of entertainment, Bingo, Quiz night, etc... and we had a very enjoyable stay. The room was lovely, very spacious and have already booked up to return this new year.
