Beware
My wife and I spent five days at this hotel during which jewelery was stolen from a drawer in our bedroom. I reported the theft to the hotel management who seemed quite unconcerned about the matter. They promised to interview the staff, and then informed us that nothing further could be done.Needless to say it completely ruined our holiday. We would never return to this hotel.
Beware.

Good friendly service
Very well maintained hotel, the staff were very friendly, the food was excellent, with a good choice. The room was clean and comfortable. The entertainment was good. I would definately return to this hotel and would recommend it others.

Good service, good staff and excellent food
Regular visitors to this hotel, friendly staff and management excellent food. Tried numerous hotels in Blackpool but nothing compares to the park house no complaints whatsoever

Great family hotel
Friendly and welcoming staff,nice clean rooms with plenty of space. Food is excellent with plenty to choose from. Good entertainment every evening. We keep going back for more.

Cold welcome
Arrived 2.15 pm middle Feb very cold and windy outside. But just as cold in the bedroom no heating on and wind coming through window that would not close correctly. Reported cold to reception said heat would be on soon, over 2 hours later still no heat bedroom freezing. Heat did come on until 4 30pm but radiator not working correctly. After a time heat or the very little there was of it went off all night. Decided to leave in mourning as we could stand it no longer and cut 5-night holiday to one night only. Went to pay and the instead of saying sorry insisted on making a 25% surcharge as only stayed one night. Paid the money just to get out of the door. Bedroom was fair but bathroom had floor tiles loose and a window that would not close. Have stayed in a number of Blackpool hotels but if anything the rooms there are usually too hot. Manager was away on holiday so could not complain to him but I did write to him twice and did not even receive the courtesy of a reply not much to say for...Read more
