Whilst the concept of what they are trying to achieve at this hotel is good, fundamentally they are not ready, rooms not finished, corridors are dirty and cold, it is very short staffed and staff have to be "Jack of all trades" whilst trying their best to achieve their mission, the entertainment is dire, and the lack of activities is dreadful, the food is good tho. he idea of this type of hotel for disabled/elderly is good, however, this hotel is clearly not ready, its is half done, the done half being very nice, but the not done half is dreadful, the room I had with my 90 year old person had no grab rail around the toilet, the toilet was on a raised platform and she could not use it propelry and fell to the floor, the corridrs are dirty and cold and dark. The staff are very few and try their best, the lack of entertainment clarly shows. This company should reasearch the needs of this client group before grabbing their money on a false promise.
