Myself and family stayed with Ron&Diane August 08. I would highly recommend to young or old, to stay with this wonderful couple. they pull out all the stops to accommodate everyone, Ive never felt more welcome anywhere ive stayed u.k or abroad. The facilities available are 100% as is the breakfast. the rooms are very clean and comfortable, its an ideal location ,and yet with all these great qualities so reasonably priced!!!!! My family aged between 1 yr to 60 years, couldnt have chosen a better hotel to stay at. My eldest son aged 8 cried leaving. I promised him I would take him back and I will stay true to my word. Lookng forward to my next trip to Blackpool, and ofcourse we wouldnt concider staying anywhere else. X

First stayed here for new year '07 and got to know Ron & Diane within the first day. I stayed for 4 days and could not find a fault. Go out of their way to ensure guests are well looked after. Food excellent, rooms & hotel impeccable & spotless. Arrived as guests left as friends. Now stayed there numerous times & every time they have been excellent hosts. Ideal location for all amenities. Looking forward to going back at Easter. If your looking for helpful amiable hosts in a great & spotless hotel look no further than this one.

We enjoyed our stay very much Breaky was great although the frying smells was a bit over powering. Room was very comfortable but due to cold snap was cold at night.
we were given a fan heater that helped warm room. Ron and Diane were both very friendly and welcoming, both of our girls enjoyed the computer room that was a nice touch.
Hope to return again soon.
