Great service, friendly and clean

Have been to the Hurstmere on numerous occasions [too many to count] and have always had a great time, the proprietors Barry and Andrea are very friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Great bar with plenty to keep the children occupied. Breakfast is excellent. I would not go anywhere else in Blackpool, has to be the Hurstmere every time.

Brilliant stay,the food was lovely,rooms excellent and run by a lovely and friendly couple you could meet. Can't wait to go back, brilliant recommend to anyone.

I have been to that hotel for a good part of 4 years and not planning on changing now.

Great value for money with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent bar and secure car park. Rooms were clean and very pleasant.

Location was excellently situated for the whole Blackpool experience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Services were beyond expectations. Bar/lounge area was an awesome retreat! Highly recommended!

The price was moderate. the location was excellent. rooms were very poorly decorated e.g. backs out of wardrobes holes in ceilings no storage space in bathrooms i.e. cosmetic shelves. welcome pack cheap brands. General cleanliness very very poor. The bar was excellent and it was family orientated staff were friendly the services were ok. !!

Top Local Tips for Blackpool

Top Chef Cafe Had two meals here, very good value and excellent quality. Great service too. Left tips both times. Situated street behind Prom near the "Famous Christmas Store"

Tower A great day out, spend all day, go out for a while and go back at night to go up to the tower top. The view of the city itself plus the lights fantastic. You pay once, they stamp your hand with an ultra-violet stamp so you can scan it when you go back in. The circus is great, the acts unbelievable, Mooky the clown, it is great. A big jungle area for the kids to play in so parents can have a weel earned drink and rest, while kids wear themselves out running and climbing about, the ballroom area for the more older persons. Areally good day and night out. Well worth the money.
