My husband and I have just spent our sixth time at the Sheraton and we cannot fault it. The Rooms are spotless the staff and service are second to none. I am a coeliac so have to have a special diet and the chef's are excellent all food on the menu is ajusted so that I can enjoy the same as everyone else. We are so deighted we are going back twice more this year and taking our Daughters, Son in Law and Grandchildren . We also find the entertainment superb. Well done the Sheraton staff and Family. We have stayed in many hotels in Blackpool over a period of 15 years only wish we had tried this one sooner

We have just celebrated Cliff`s 70th birthday on Sat 13th June at the Sheraton. It was the perfect venue and the staff were wonderful. We wouldn`t hesitate to come back again. The buffet was excellent. Our guests enjoyed their rooms and breakfast. We can`t praise the manager Simon enough for all his help to make the party so memorable.

Me and my parents have been to this hotel for 11 years now and we still love it. Review in detail now. Booking process My parents booked the holiday over the phone and were advised that they were no rooms for me to be on my own. But I wasen't bothered. Price Good prices considering the location of the hotel. Staff All staff were very friendly and helpful. Location Great. Out of the main noisy town centre and they is a tram stop oppersit the hotel and a bus stop just a short walk away. Rooms and Room Service The room was very nice. My bed was just right for me and they was plenty of room on the window side to store both my personal belongings and all the shopping I did during our holiday. My parents bed was just right for them. The maid came and cleaned our room and topped up the tea/coffee making tray for us everyday. We thanked her for her very hospitable service. Dining room and food. The dining room was to our usual cleaned standards. We had a window table which was ours for the whole of our stay so I could see the lights. The food is excellent. We cannot fault it at all. On most nights I had pizza which is my favourite meal when I'm on holiday at the hotel. Bars They were just right. Service good too. Entertainment My parents and I played Bingo every night. They was dancing too but we just sat and relaxed. My parents did their puzzles and I played on my handheld consoles. Other things. The swimming pool at the hotel is as usual very clean and the water is always warm. It feels like having a swim in a large warm bath. I had a swim everyday for both relaxation and exercise. We are going back again in September 2009 but due to booking early I've finally got a room to myself this year.

First time at this hotel. Arrived on 6.4.09 with my wife and two grandchildren. Booked for 3 nights but booked for a further night as we were very impressed with the hotel. Food and attentiveness of the dinning room staff were excellent - especially with the children. Also found all members of staff extremely friendly and helpful. WILL BE BACK

Great hotel, went with my wife and children. Meals were great, gave half portions to children or a childrens menu. Staff very helpful. Only negative was entertainment wasn;t great for children as promised in website no magic show and children told to be quiet after 8.30 pm from entertainer. It's meant to be a family hotel so was very disappointed by this. It was okay if you were older and liked ballroom dancing so I think they need to look at this. Apart from that, everything else was excellent.

This is the first time myself and partner have stayed at the hotel. The booking process was easy and quick, i even upgraded the room the day before with no problem. The room we were in was small but comfortable, a little dated but very clean. The food was ace, out of this world, our waitress was very kind and always on hand making sure we had everything we needed. We sat at the same table the whole weekend which was nice and easy. There is a tram and bus stop right outside the hotel, but hte town centre is approx 20 mins walk which is ok. The car parking was not what i was promised, i did enquire about this and was advised that spaces are available at the front of the hotel and down the side street and a member of staff advised that she had no problem with parking, the whole weekend there were no spaces at the front of the hotel and by chance we found one approx 5 mins walk from the front door, only because i have a small car, this was very misleading. All in all a good hotel that i will definatley visit again.

We stayed for 3 nights in January and found the hotel comfortable, warm, good food, excellent service and the staff were helpful and friendly. We only had one complaint and that was there was no entertainment for the 3 nights we were there due to pigeon sales. We had a struggle to find room in the lounge in the evening due to outsiders coming to the sale, and it was noisy. We felt that the sale could have been held separately and entertainment still laid on for guests of the hotel who, we felt, should have priority. We did speak to other guests who felt the same. We would look at another hotel next time simply for this reason.

Stayed at the Sheraton hotel in July with partner and children and my baby. Stayed in a family room excellent size plenty of room. Meals were good in morning and evening, even gave children half portions of adults meals. Location was good as away from biz and quiet at night but easy distance on tram to get to everything. Booked again to go back in September. Stayed at other hotels in Blackpool with swimming pools, this beats them by far, service excellent .
