had a lovely long weekend at the Doric and we couldn't fault the staff or the hotel.The rooms were lovely and the food was good.The majority of guests we spoke to return year after year.

i went with my children and found this hotel fab , clean, friendly, food out of this world. the only disadvantage is the uncertain weather.

We looked on the net for a hotel that looks good on pics. We went for this one. We are so happy we did it. The staff are very helpful, food was great are room was a fam. room and it was big lots of space and Very clean. This is to the staff Thank you for our stay and we would always come back we loved it. If you want to enjoy a stay in a hotel - This is this one. kim & fam

Hello from your Geordie friends. The Doric hotel is amazing, we first went about 5 years ago and I was mortified when I walked in the entrance because it looked old fashioned but first impressions can be changed BIG TIME! We got back at least 3 times a year and have a great time. The entertainment is great (especially Linda and Krazy Karl) all the staff are so friendly and we have made so many new friends. It is great to meet up with all the guests over and over again and I have one of my best friends from this hotel and we often go back to the Doric to meet up. My whole family love it and a HUGE thank you and well done to ALL the staffÂ… Oh and they have the best bingo caller EVER (George). See you in August.

Great hotel. Staff very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Food was excellent head waiter made a brilliant impression on first night and set the tone of a very pleasant stay. Will definitely be returning.

Was there on a 2 day break with my grandchildren. I and them loved the hotel that much we stayed another night. Kids want to go back.Staff were very helpful & food was brilliant.Entertainment at night catered for all and it was great fun. Bingo was the highlight for the kids as they won.Hats off to the head waiter who just made us fell right at home. Will be booking up again at the end of the year.

We spent three nights at the Doric and I couldn't faullt it at all, good value for money, clean and the meals are excellent. I am waiting for prices on my next stay there, this time staying 7 nights. Would recommend this to anyone, you wont be disapointed, honest.

Stopped 5/6 times now havent been disapointed. Recomended it to other people. They all came back saying how good it was. We will be back.

The Doric provided an excellent base for exploring and enjoying the sights and facilities of Blackpool and the surrounding area. The food was excellent, the company really good, and as the weather was fine the outdoor pool was a real bonus. I will certainly use the Doric again.
