Excellent!!
What a fabulous place! Staff were really friendly especiallly our waiter (S), what a fantastic guy! I was supporting two men who have learning disabilities who had a great time, they enjoyed the entertainment which on the night, something diffrent every evening. Even seen the Blackpool donkeys in the hotel and had our photos taken with them! The hotel is what You make of it, the beds were comfortable and clean, found the shower/wet-room very spacious and accesible. Food very nice, never felt hungry! Yes, I accept the hotel could do with being updated slightly, however still very very comfortable and lovely helpfull staff. Thank You all for a fantastic time! See You guysn again soon.

Don't bother
The worst hotel ever have I stayed, Dirty smelly. Table cloths never changed they have old food slopped all over them. Food bland & luke warm. The entertainment is far too loud for the size of the room, they think it's the albert hall.
The management rude & unhelpful. Take my word don't come here , save your hard earned cash and book somewhere nice in Blackpool, but not the Bond.

What a Holiday
Well what can I say about the hotel, everything great. The hotel was beautiful, the staff most obliging, professional and so so caring. The atmosphere in the hotel great. Nothing that the staff wouldn't do for you. The owner was very helpful and very friendly to his guests and staff. The thing I liked about the hotel was that everyone was the same, whether carers or service users. No-one was treated any differently. Will be back with more next year and to top it all, we have all made some really great friends to keep in contact with. I would go as far to say that I enjoyed my working holiday and would go there with my family that don't have a disability. Only one criticism and that is that there are no other hotels like it, maybe they should open one up in the east of england. Keep up the good work to the owner and all his staff. Well Done. miss you already.

Disgusting
I have never stayed in such a disgusting, badly run hotel in all my life. We were there with a disabled lady with whom we work with. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful. The hotel was dirty and cold and the bathrooms were dirty and unusable. We had to wait for three hours for a portable hoist and bed sides. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

What a dump
We stayed as a group at the bond hotel in May of 2007. I never imagined that the negative reviews I had read on the internet would be so close to the mark. The owners have a total disregard to the comfort of the guests, anything they say to the contrary is a front. All they care about is making money above everything else. Collecting for 'charity' to help build their new hotel. Are they a registered charity? Scratch cards with Bogof holidays '''MR ATKINSON IF YOU CARED FOR YOUR GUESTS YOU WOULD HAVE NO VACANCIES, EVER'''''
