What a sham!
My god, what a sham this hotel was, its the worst one we have ever been in, the bedsheets hadn't been changed, you could tell this on first glance, there was dust in the rooms and the owner(male) was dressed like a flaming hippy, NEVER seen anything like it in my life!!! Good luck if you stay here, your sure gunna need it!!!!!!

It doesn't get worse than this !!
Now I know why Blackpool didn’t get the SuperCasino bid. How can this town expect to cater for the masses when the Arundel Hotel pushes it back to the 1940's.This hotel is a dump, I wouldn’t let my dog stay here. The casino bigwigs must have booked in at the Arundel Hotel and decided on Manchester over breakfast whilst listening to the high pitched screaming woman owner as we had to. Congrats to Manchester, we wont be coming back to this place ever again.

Shouting!!! Owners ruined our stay
This hotel is quite remarkable, if you enjoy being treated like a guest in Fawlty Towers. The owners of this poor quality hotel spend the day at each other's throats ,shouting ,screaming,swearing(not for the kids this one)at each other.We also noticed that the room was cleaned to a poor standard and no clean sheets throughout our stay.Needless to say we shall not be returning to this hotel and would advise the general public to stay well clear.

We we stayed at this hotel we found it to be very clean and the hosts couldnt do enough to help us, very friendly, the only downside was if you have a sea view like us it can be noisey with the constant traffic out side on the promenade
