Unpleasant manner and very unacommodating
Very abrupt manner, talks over people. There was no lift and my dad who was on crutches had to walk up several flights of stairs when they were aware of this fact beforehand. No highchair for our 12 mth old little boy but we were not told of this beforehand when they knew his age. I was told to sit him on an adult chair. This was unsafe therefore he had to eat whilst sat in his pram.
The wide selection of food on the menu consisted of a choice of mushroom soup or fruit juice! We were told that breakfast was at 8.30 and when asked if we could have something earlier as my daughters were dancing in competition and had to be there for 8.30, we were told no and that she could not refund us for seven breakfasts neither. We thought we would have a quiet drink in the bar at night and the leaflet said it opened at 8 o’clock. It was not open and finally when asked they opened it at 9pm.
The car park is another story. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone it totally ruined our break..
