Waited an hour to check in. Many guests were already complaining. Room in old part of hotel Small, only 1 single bed. No heating/cooling controls in room. Overlooks a lake, & you are advised not to open windows/doors in room due to mosquitoes. Overpriced drinks (6.95) lge wine! Food in bar below average & overpriced. Buffet OK. |

|
Arrived to find hotel overbooked despite having booked months in advance. Hotel explained that they operate a deliberate policy of overbooking. Had to travel 20 miles to Coventry at 1.00am with children. |
