This hotel has abysmally poor customer service. I booked 8 weeks ahead and received an answerphone message on the morning before my trip to say that I had been moved to another hotel, several miles away and very inconvenient to get to. When I telephoned, the staff initially denied knowledge of any booking and later misled me about the location of their 'alternative' accommodation and refused to pay any compensation.
