This place was the pits, Music was loud, and people outside had no respect for people staying at the hotel even though there are signs to say think of patrons be quiet. The manager was cocky, and made you feel like you were the issue and not things surrounding him. I would not be staying there again, if you want good advice stay at the Swan on the high street, I would give that a 10 out of ten and guarantee you will too. You can't fault the swan, you can this place.

Had to move to the hotel next door at 1130pm (not the first time this has happened apparently), as the room was too noisy (music, air-con). Manager made it feel as though it was our problem, not his. This guy has no problem lying through his teeth when dealing with customer complaints - a true amateur. Avoid at all costs!!!
