I am sorry to say my husband and I had an awful stay at the Lansdown Grove Hotel in Bath it is BY FAR the worst hotel we have ever stayd in and we have stayed in a lot of hotels. When we looked on the website the rooms looked beautiful, I can only presume they advertise their best room on the site as our room was absolutely awful and had the most terrible smell. I did complain but the staff did not seem bothered and I also complained on departure, again no apologies were forthcoming. I would NEVER stay at the Lansdown again.
