Don't waste your money!
Whilst it looks pretty and is registered for weddings, trust me your guests will not have a great time. Food portions were tiny (I won't even tell you how much the wedding couple paid for my half a potato, half carrot, chicken leg and sprig of broccoli).
When I pointed out to the manager that the bar staff were rude her response was 'Oh, I've told them about that before' (!!!!). Rooms were overpriced, service was begrudging and slow, bills were wrong.
The whole thing was depressing and a huge waste of money - like being in the worst B&B ever, but pretty from the outside. I certainly will never stay there again and neither will any of the guests who were staying at the same time as we all had a pretty dire time. One consolation I suppose was that it was so bad we all laughed about it in the bar in the evenings and I've met some great guests who are now friends that way!
