Professionalism seriously questioned

This hotel kept our £30 deposit when a wedding that we were due to attend was cancelled, even though none of the hotel paperwork to us stated a deposit was non refundable. Furthermore, a complaint letter sent to the hotel in mid August 2005 has yet to be acknowledged. Professionalism of this hotel should be seriously questioned and I recommend choosing elsewhere to stay.
