Only got back from Crow How today and just had to leave a glowing review of this amazing hotel. I treated my wife to a booking at this hotel as part of her Christmas present but due to a family emergency we had to move the booking. The staff/owner were great, helpful and understanding. We arrived and were immediately asked if we would like to park our motorcycle in the private car park, out of the weather. the room we had is wonderful (room 1) four poster bed, period furniture, country views, huge bathroom with massive shower cubicle and victorian roll top cast iron bath. The room, the hotel, the staff, the surrounding country side and the breakfasts were all stunning, nothing could have been better (except the weather, but hey it is Cumbria!) I would without hesitation go back for another romantic weekend.

Stayed at Crow How inn August beautiful peaceful hotel. Had four poster room first class service and food. Wife and I have rebooked for house party for my birthday.

This hotel was a lovely place to stay. The room was clean and very spacious. The evening meal was delicious, so to was the breakfast. The setting was idyllic and very peaceful. This all just a 10 minute walk from Ambleside centre. Would recommend highly.
