Just returned from the Hawaii 1 hotel-July 09. We had a room that slept 3. The room wasn't massive but big enough to fit 3 single beds with bedside cabinet in between. The hotel was a good 3/4* but the lack of sunbathing space and beds let it down. Everything else was good. The rooms were clean and towels and bedding changed several times throughout the week. No problems with All inclusive, drinks were readily available and one person could get more than one drink at a time. Breakfast was bit repetative,cereal,boiled eggs,salad but nice fresh bread,tea and coffee. Dinner and evening meals OK. good salad bar. we loved the selection of sweets/cakes. Limited fresh fruit option. Great location,50 yds away from main prom with lively bars and restaurants or 50yds in opposite direction for numerous shops. Staff were friendly and efficient. Mixture of people from different countries staying in hotel. Overall liked the hotel and would stay there again.

Not a hotel for Brits,we where the only ones there.Food was second rate and of poor quality. No toast and hard boiled eggs that were like bullets every morning. Poor choice of evening meals. The only positive thing to say was good location, but noisy at night. Would not go back to that hotel. Room was not to four star standard as on website.

I have booked the hotel after seeing the photos they are showing on their website. Do not trust them!!! Those photos are of superior rooms but of course that is not stated ANYWHERE on their website! The rooms we were shown were extremely small not comparable to what we saw on their photos. They asked for an almost double price of what we paid in order to be given a decent room therefore we gave up the whole thing and moved to Nergis select for the same price but much better condition!!!

Excellent location, selected staff, good quality meals. It was so clean, especially Luana spa center, how about pampering yourself. The Hamam is an authentic Turkish experience that you will never forget. All staff doing there job excellent...

Excellent holiday. Location is superb close to everything hotel staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything. it was so clean and tidy all staff doing wonderful job, hotel is just renovated this year everything is brand new just furnished beach is only 10m sea is excellent worth the price don't pass this we had a excellent holiday

Excellent location right in the middle of it all, despite the hotel location very quiet once your balcony door is shut, reception staff very friendly and willing to help with anything. Maids do a wonderful job, pool area bit too noisy need to turn the volume down especially when we sun worshippers need an afternoon snooze, head banging music doesn’t let you. Breakfast not so good for English people, I know if you go to other countries you cant expect to eat as do at home but other countries do manage it. The cereal resembles cardboard, don’t have the stomach for potatoes first thing in a morning and not partial to cheese or meat, no toast available either. There are other places locally that do superb English breakfast if desired. Absolutely wonderful people so sorry haven’t been to Turkey before but plan to return again this year, hopefully to same hotel if I can get a good enough rate. Travelled through Jetsun holidays, who in turn once in Turkey are Inshore travel, had no problems whatsoever, reps turned up bang on time for everything, trips well worth the money. Great time had by husband and myself, and my daughter 13 and her friend had a great time too.
