Staff very helpful and polite. Clean rooms good hotel for the price. Food good value for the grade of hotel. Drinks ok for price paid. Location a little way out from Marmaris but 40 pc gets you into the centre. Things could be better but to all that have moaned they should have paid double or more and gone elsewhere. We have been to better but we will return again to this hotel for a good AI budget holiday. What spoiled the hotel was ignorant, rude, and bad mannered Brits. The staff deserve respect. Look forward to meeting the staff and our friends again in Marmaris and Icmeler soon.

Hotel clean. Food sh*t. Beer sh*t. Staff not very helpful. No good for kids. I will advise anyone going there to keep well away from Sams across the road, rips you off - ask for a vodka and coke and you get just a coke but you pay for vodka and coke. When leaving to go home, in your room you get a envelope left by the cleaner and on the front it say tip box - they should not ask for tips. When arrive you got to pay 15 lair for your waist band but at the end you get it back. Nothing for the kids to do. Kids cant swim, cannot go in the big pool as it is 7 foot all the way around. Doors slamming all night, dogs barking all night, people were coming down at midnight to put there towels on the sun bed. They ring the bell at 10.45 last orders, then you have to pay, after that you got to pay for the kids ice-cream. Me and my mate lost to 2 stone between us.
Great staff

Must admit the food was crap, was the same old sh*t different day, but when we had the kebab night I thought that was good as I did not need to spend any money eating out. I went all inclusive and I ate out nearly every day I was there I mean the curry in the place looked like it just came out a sh*ty nappy, but apart from all of that the entertainment was good and everybody was a laugh and that made the holiday that bit more enjoyable as sitting round the pool was a great laugh throwing shaggy in the pool and if any one goes to this hotel ask shaggy if he is still there that is if he has big crabs **joke all the Scottish boys played on him when we were there** lol, eating out was really cheap and we were able to get a full English breakfast and a Sunday roast excellent cost about £5 for it brilliant. The rooms were also clean and spacious enough.
Fab hotel and fab staff!!

I have been going to Marmaris now for 12 years with 10 family members who have accompanied me every time.
We stumbled across a company called goldtrail introduced to us by the co op travel company in late 2003 and decided to try an all inclusive holiday to Marmaris in May 2004. We stayed at a place called club sarba 6 . Now known as Green Abacus , and since May 2004 we have been there twice a year every year.
I have read some of the other comments and have been distressed to find out how much some people have not enjoyed their stay there. I would agree with some comments about the food being basic and the rooms being basic but if you want to stay at the ritz then pay the ritz prices.
The location is superb , as I said we have stayed near the front of Marmaris and this is ideal with a nice breeze off the mountain when it becomes too hot as well. Yes it can be a bit noisy at night but I dont just go on holiday to sleep.
The staff , well what can I say , I have never met such a good bunch of lads who I can honestly say I would trust with my life. That is from the Manager right down to the lad that cleans the pool last thing every night.
I would like to speak all day about this on the net to promote the hotel as I believe if you want value for money then a trip to the Abacus Green would be right for you , I think you get my drift.

This hotel is very clean. The staff are brilliant. We come to this hotel every year. The entertainment at night time is good, the entertainer, Iceman, is fun. The resort has many pubs, restaurants and shops it's just a bus ride to Marmaris town centre. The day trips available are excellent value for money. I will definitely return again this hotel has everything you need for a good holiday. This hotel is suitable for everyone families, students, older and children.

Went all inclusive, had to pay £12.00p for the wrist band (never heard of that before) I thought the food was awful, hope you like chicken, twice a day! Bar closed for all inclusive guests at 23.00hrs, even bars at home are open until at least midnight! Managed to find a nice hotel to visit in the daytime, with a good pool, found a good place to go in the evening with lots of entertainment, and friendly staff. So basically just used the hotel bedroom, to sleep shower and change. I would rather have my eyes poked out with a burning stick than go back to this hotel. I can only assume that anyone giving this fleapit more than two points, as never been to a nice hotel. P.s. on leaving, as we suspected we were ripped off, only given 10 tl for our wrist bands.
