It’s Changed for the Worse
After 4 very happy years returning to this hotel this year came as a real culture shock. Sadly this hotel has gone ‘all inclusive’ and brought with it the inevitable problems. Although large, this WAS a friendly well run hotel with good amenities, excellent surroundings, great location, great food and a nice place to be. NOW full of screaming kids also noisy people at night (4/5am), Extremely poor service from the over stretched staff, long wait for tables for a more limited choice at meal times on dirty tables, constant chasing of missing towels and pillow cases, the pool and beach areas have had the sunbeds pushed so close together you are literally within inches of the person next to you. My view is this hotel is now no more than an expensive 3 star and I will be finding somewhere else.

Very bad service
Very bad service, food is ok, tabels always dirty in the restaurant, you have to go get somebody to change the dirty tabel cover.MOST OF THE TIMES THEY JUST TURN TABLE COVER OVER TELL YOU TO SEAT. Employees never smiles. when you need something receptionest tells you they will take care of it right away but no body shows up, it took three days to fix my room aircondition. internet does not work properly but they claim it works, when I wanted to talk to to manager the girl at the reception told me he was too busy and she added what he can do anyway. Place like a zoo. No way 5 star may be 3.
