Unexceptable Service & Staff!

All that we wanted was a nice getaway for 2 days!
We booked the junior SUITE because we wanted a nice room to relax! As soon as we arrived we were told that our rooms were not ready and so we waited. But if we knew what it was to follow, we would have returned home right away! The manager of the hotel led us to our suite and honestly,it was the most dirty room we have ever seen!!!!!(we traveled to many places around the world)We couldn't believe in our eyes!!!!!Even the bed sheets and the pillow cases were never changed!!!!!!!The rest of the room was never cleaned and also it smelled awful!!!!We went to the reception to complain and we couldn't communicate because we talked in English and they replied in Turkish!!!!!!After a while and when they found the one and only person who new BASIC English we asked them at LEAST to change our bed sheets!!!!They assured us that they would do, but they never did,because we marked them with a pen and when we returned, we found the exact same mark on the sheets and the pillowcases!!!!!!!!!!All in all,it was the most upsetting experience and it ruined our mood for the whole trip!!!!!We have never faced so much dirt in our lives and almost not a single person to understand English!!!!!!This Hotel is the worst we have ever been to and we surely do not recomended to anybody!!!!!!

Be careful for the food I did not feel any discomfort after eating in Marmaris, but better safe than sorry. As a nurse, I would recommend you to take some anti-emetics (anti vomiting) with you and some protective medications for the digestinve system and some pain killers.

get a dalamish! dont use taxis they r way too expensive... get the dalamish like a minivan with marmaris written on it- cost a lira and a half and gets to arround.
