Fantastic
We have just returned from a two week holiday in Kusadasi and stayed in the Surtel. The room we were allocated over looked the harbour and it was spacious and had AC - couldnt live without it.
The food was good. A different meal everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. A special mention for Mustufa who was always pleasant. "dont take my soup" hahaha.
The rooftop pool was small but suppose thats what you expect from a rooftop pool. The bar upstairs was good. Reso and hassan were funny and always polite and pleasant to speak with. Down stair bad was also nice Gem and the other nice guy that worked there were friendly and polite.
Would definately go back.

Great holiday
I've had my holidays last week in Kusadasi and we stayed at the Surtel Hotel. It was a nice hotel and the personel was very friendly, there was one girl at the bar on the roof which I found very friendly, she works very hard so I would like to thank her also on this site!!
The food was good too not spectaculair but just good! I can only tell, you must have seen it
