I was very shocked with hotel rooms which don't deserve the 5 star ratings. I would give their rooms -1 rating. I famous 5 start resort like this should have better selection of rooms. In general pools beach, food, everything was great but room and their room service was the worst!! This hotel really need some renovations when it comes to rooms!!!!

This is the first time my wife and myself have been on a all inclusive holiday and we can honestly enjoyed it very much. The hotel was very clean and well looked after, the food was very good plenty of different types of food to suit anyones tastes. The entertainment staff were also very good keeping everyone happy, and coming round whilst you are laid on your sun bed and talking to you and having a laugh and joke. All in all this holiday has been very good and i would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for a great holiday
