Excellent value.

This was our third stay at this hotel, so you can assume that we have found everything satisfactory each visit. What you need to bear in mind is the value-for-money aspect of your stay. This is an all inclusive price and some Brits seemed determined to get their moneys worth, eating and boozing the days away. I am a Brit so please don't generalise. We have been in the main hotel each time and have always found the staff both polite and friendly. Do not agree either about the quality or variety of the food, and our last stay in November was just before the hotel was closing for Winter, nevertheless the food was good and plentiful. I just don't know what some people expect for such a bargain price.
WISH GRAND KEMER ... well done. 5 STARS.

If you are British - don't bother! ALL the hotel staff treat Brits as 2nd rate citizens, you will get short measured at the bar every time (when you eventually get served!) The receptionists speak little or no English and are sooo unhelpful. Never ever again.
The whole Kemer area is German orientated, shop signs etc the main currency is the euro, and trip guides only speak German.

Definitely one to avoid

The Hotel itself may be a 5* although I doubt it compared to others I have visited in Turkey but the Butlin style holiday chalet on the wrong side of the road and a 5 minute walk to all facilities where coincidently all UK travelers had been placed during my visit would struggle to meet 3* status. If any rooms in hotel had been available I was informed that would be £200 each to be moved for my partner and my son (11)
The smell of damp in the room leaking shower cubicle (no bath) and peeling paint on the walls paled in comparison to the negative unfriendly attitude and often downright rudeness of the staff with few exceptions.
The food monotonously repetitive seemed to be recycled from meal to meal with a different sauce on it and maybe it was a coincidence that all of us had a dodgy stomach during our stay?
Please take a torch as there is a distinct lack of lighting at night and a pack of cards will help you while away the evenings unless you enjoy Mr & Mrs competitions and Bingo as a late entertainment option.
Positive note to end on - clean main hotel area and the pool is very nice but a pity the water slides are in another pool a quarter of a mile away on the other side of the road so you can't keep an eye on the children and have a quit swim at the same time it's one or the other.
Finally a quote from our rep "there are 5* hotels and 5* hotels in Turkey it will cost you more to be transferred to a better one than this??? Please find a different one if you want to enjoy your holiday.

1. The room was quite ok.
2. The food was ok.
3. Free drinks.
bad things:
1. The service is awful.
No one understands english.
We asked for a second blanket and never got 1.
The clecks behaved as if they really don't mind if u need something.
They also gave us misleading info regarding bus end times.
2. Everything except food cost a fortune.
We asked to make a local phone call from
the reservation and it cost us 5$.
Pool game in the lobby costs money.
Spa/Hamam costs as if you we're not a visitor of the hotel. This is hardly an all inclusive deal. In general, not recommended.
