The best hotel I have ever been to. Great service,excellent environment, fun and polite servers. I recommend it to whoever wants to have a luxury time.

My husband and I and our 17 mounths old girl had the best time of our life. It was the best place you can ask for vacation. Fun, relaxation,best service,good food,... whatever you want you can get at SunGate. I can't wait to go back to SunGate next summer. I really, truly didn't want to come back.

Great hotel great and friendly service. Always willing to help. Excellent food. You will have excellent vacation. Also very clean. Again tremendous service. Very pleased customer, I recommend it to anybody.

The biggest hotel I have ever seen with de luxe service and quality a la carte restaurants... Sungate forever

Terrible Service & Staff

Disastrous service and staff. No way to be able to convince the guest service that you have a problem. In case they are convinced you have to wait at least, 2 hours till you get it done. It is a waste of money. Relax at home, you will enjoy more.

Perfect resort for those who want to be in one place, although Antalya and Kemer are very close for a day visits. It is very large resort with variety of activities. Staff is friendly but to my liking a little bit slow (only minus-but small one), rooms are specious, well equipped and immaculately clean. Biggest plus to the hotel is its spa center... They have an endless choice of treatments, which are all done in the most professional way. Beach is private, belongs to the hotel and very clean and maintained
