Not as good as expected
Myself and my mum went on holiday as we needed a break from everyday life. We flew into Antalya airport and the transfer time was much longer than Thomas Cook had advised us. It took approx. 1hr and 45mins.
On arrival the bellboy waited around tapping his foot for a tip which we weren't too happy with as I believe it should be our choice whether to tip or not. Our room was certainly not 5 * quality. There were stains on the chairs and carpets and hair in the mini bar... this was obviously overlooked by the maids. The glasses in the bathroom looked like someone had spat toothpaste into them. The air conditioning didn't work properly and was really noisy. The beds were really uncomfortable and pillows were really flat. I have stayed in many 5* hotels and this certainly wasn't 5* standard. The food was really strange. They definitely. Lunch and dinner was better, but everything was very watery. They also are very greedy with fruit and leave little for other guests, but worst of all, the...Read more

Brilliant
This was the best holiday me and my family have been on so far. The food was lovely, the family apartment was cleaned every day and the staff were very friendly. I was hoping to come back next year, but the price next year is double what we paid this year so we will have to wait until we win the lottery ha..

Unforgettable Holiday
My friend's family and my family(9 in total) inculding 4 adults and 5 children(aged 12-16), travelled by Thomas Cook and stayed for 7 nights at this all inclusive hotel. The seats on Airbus A330 were comfortable with adequate leg room.
All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, including the ones who did not speak much English. The guests, majority of which were Russians, were very friendly and sociable. The facilities were excellent and there were lots of sport activities available. The 2 big swimming pools provided fun for the whole family especially the one with the slides. There were many activities in the pool and on the beach for all ages, all throughout the day. The scenery was picturesque. The location was perfect as the hotel is situated in a quiet resort and has it's own private beach which was beautiful and clean. However, nightlife was not far away. There was a good selection of food and drinks. Although we are vegetarian, we had no difficulty as there was ...Read more

Is this a holiday?
I have never been inspired to write a review of a holiday before but I have finally decided to do it - mainly to contradict all of the other reviews about this holiday that are on the web and seem to have been written by either representatives or the hotel themselves.
The area of Turkey where the hotel is situated is beautiful and historic, nice beaches, majestic mountains - a charming location. All of this the hotel wants you to forget by numbing your mind.
Monarch Airlines, in their inimitable fashion, take you there. They manage “for your safety and comfort” to get more seats into an A330 Airbus than anyone else so that by the time you have crammed your knees against the seat in front of you and wedged your elbows into the sides of the passengers next to you, you feel like Houdini must have done inside a bag in his trunk. Having extracted yourself from the vice-like seat, your next thrill is provided by the Turks – a scrum to queue and pay £10 for a visa, then another scrum to ...Read more
