Well where do I start, Ok. Very mixed opinion of the holiday. Bar staff very rude, Food, well very limited, you have to be first there and battle your way through the Russians who have no manners what so ever. Air Conditioning only comes on at 5pm to 7pm then 10pm to 3am so very hot. Rooms not bad bathroom fine but no hot water. Animation team very friendly good during day but for Russians at night so find your own thing to do if you are from the UK. Over all for what we paid, it basically was cheap and cheerful. If you are looking for a really cheap and basic holiday and you don’t have kids then I would recommend. But don’t expect too much, you get what you pay for! Booked with Chappa Travel who are OK nothing great. No real bad points on this holiday as I say you get what you pay for. Hope this helps someone.

Well, where do I start....! On arrival, no English speaking staff at reception. Hotel in the middle of Beldibi, Kemer, which is not Kemer town, that we were led to believe when booking this holiday. Not one decent bar or restaurant in Beldibi, just a small village with tacky shops. Had to get a 20min express bus into town every day for a decent hot meal and drink, as the food in the hotel was constantly cold, ok if you like pasta and fresh herbs for dinner every night. Entertainment...zero. Had an animation team, still wondering what they did.....!Overall I would give this hotel a 2 star rating. Quickly got fed up of watered down beer and cheap local vodka on the all inclusive. Majority of guests in the hotel were either Russian or German. Total of 10 British whilst I was staying there. Would not recommend this hotel or resort to any British citizen looking for a cheap holiday. Luckily we met a few English couples who kept us sane. You know who you are.......!

Was resident for seven days without any entertainment. The food choice was very limited, catering mostly for other guests from other countries. The staff appeared to have difficulty understanding the English language and were rude on occasions.
