Personally, I thought the hotel was fab. The staff over there were so helpfull and were always ready to assist you. Also the people over there are really nice and it's easy to make friends over. I for one made many friends there and still keep in touch with them. The air con for me was fine, in fact sometimes it would get a bit chilly in my room. It's great for all ages, activities run throughout the day and night! However, the only down point of the hotel is how expensive they sell their products! It was crazy with the amount they put on some items.`None the less, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who just wants to have fun and chill out.

Terrible hotel

I am currently writing this in the hotel... This is a terrible hotel the food is bad drinks are bad and the town is closed out of season! This is far from 5 star I would call it a poor Turkish travelodge!!!

Just come back from the phaselis princess and it really suprised me how big and how good the view was! The complex was brilliant everything was really clean and the waiters and staff were amazing they helped you all the time! in the day it was far to hot to lounge about so evryone was in the pools all the time, however at night it was quite boring because the entertainment didnt start till 9.45 and then at 11 it finished! but on everyother day they was a disco for over 16 till 2 in morning thats brilliant! The music over there is brill if anyone knows the music they used i want to know. Overall this hotel was worth a 5* because the entertainment was brilliant when it was on and they did activities in the day it was worth going and i would definently go again just more entertainment at night plzzz!!!

AC working only at certain hours

We booked this hotel through an travel agent. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children. Location of the hotel is good since it is inside the small town of Kemer and at walking distance from center. This is NOT a 5 star hotel. I would rather put it in 3 star category. Aircondition in the entire hotel works only at lunch hours and at the evening. Can you imagine sleeping at humidity of 70% and temps around 30 celsius without AC? Minibar in the rooms was at extra charge and they didnt even provide the water in rooms which is provided even at 3 star hotels. All bars were closed at 12pm and you could get a drink only at disco with extra charge. Food was average. Front desk was always full of people complaining about something. In front of the hotel there are plenty of night clubs and the music/noise was huge. I have been in many hotels in Turkey and this one was definitely the worst one.
