A fantastic hotel,food is great, staff are brilliant they couldn't do enough for us, a special thank you to the Animation Team especially Easy and Memo for helping to make our holiday unforgetable

Great Hotel & Staff

Last year a group of 9, (Family and Friends) went to Surmeli Efes in July 2006 and thought it was Great. The kids aged 7,15,16 and 18 loved this enough to want to go back again in October. There are motor sports on the beach inc pedalos etc. They was entertained all day long with the animation team who worked very hard. Also an indoor and outdoor disco that kept them ocupied at night. The food was Good but was the same everyday but you cant complain. We liked it that much were going again this year!

No food for children catered for. Bath was half size of a normal bath. No foreign exchange. Not many English mostly German. Tiles by pool very very slippy when wet. Disco too noisy

Just had 14 days AI and enjoyed the excellent food and drink - the staff work very hard and are friendly - never had the same meal twice in the two weeks - The only complaint was no air onditioning - Loads of excuses but basically it doesn't come on till 1st June irrespective of the outside temperature (30C - 38C). The fridge didn't work properly and they charge you corkage on any drink you bring in. However drink is available till 2400 hours. Beach is fine but med water doesn't circulate at this part of the beach so all the rubbish and grass accumulates and is cleared by a tractor and mechanical digger. However it is peacefull and free of hassle from vendors etc. The disco noise can also be distracting .The hotel foyer is a cigarette smoke zone. Hotel maybe 5*turkish but 4 star UK
