Stayed in superior room for one week meant to have sea view but we had bushes in front of balcony food was catered for the french and the german not the English . Thomas Cook reps were poor I would suggest any body going to stay there to check there balcony's for birds nests as one fell and caused an accident entertainment very poor not for the English all in Frennch and not translated in English.

Good selection food could have been hotter. Poor bars, no ice and badly presented drinks. The reps could have done more to include British guests as there was a massive French presence.

WE HATED EVERY LAST MINUTE OF IT! i wouldn't recommend this to anybody we saw a french rep working with the kids smack the child and when we confronted her she denyed it all. the waiters take things too far and made many people feel uncomfortable. the hotel is aimed at 80% french %5 english %15 other every english person we saw told us the same they hated it. the food was dreadfull! it was chicken & chips almost everynight the rest is geared very much towards the french. that has put me and the rest of my family away from turkey and we wont be visitng it ever again.!

We stayed in the Club Sultan for the half term break in May and had the best holiday ever! We took my two elderly parents to Turkey for the first time and they have told eveyone since that it was the best holiday they have ever had. The hotel complex offers all you could ask for from swimming pools, aqua park, kids club was with Thomas Cook and my 2 kids age 10 & 4 couldnt stay away from the place. Thomas Cook also have another animation team which are French and I agree most of their guests are french but they always tried to make us feel apart of the team and enjoyed a few nights entertainment with them and we never felt uncomfortable at all. The views were fantastic and we had a family room near to the main restaurant which overlooked the sea. Room was cleaned daily and the food was varied and of high quality and the snack bar by the beach offered steak etc for lunch which we enjoyed several days, and I cant understand why I came back 1/2 a stone heavier! This is a great place for families or couples and has been the best all inclusive resort we have stayed at in the last 10 years so please do not be off put by reviews and try it for yourself. We will definately be returning sometime....

It was so good I'm going back this year!! Clean, friendly, excellent accommodation, beautiful views, wonderful food. Only one flaw - entertainment could have been better, but with a small child who cares!!!!

This hotel as fantastic views of the sea and beaches from any area in the hotel. The negatives for this hotel are the hundreds of steps you to walk up and down each day. The hotel as a French occupancy of about 90%, all of whom appear to smoke. They are well catered for, all entertainment and activities are taken by French reps, which appear not to speak English. Segregation takes place with the English having a small proportion of activities and entertainment carried out by English reps (very poor) don’t bother

Great accomadation but found everything wasn't all inclusive as the brochure suggests-food was somewhat bland & found that eating your dinner with flys buzzing around you wasn't particulary pleasant-liked the air con rooms & the daytime activities were first class but the evening entertainment left a lot to be desired-we found the evenings dragged & we were actually wishing away the hours-kids club was grand as it gave us a much needed break from the kids & they seemed to like attending-all in all not to bad but wont entertain all inclusive deals again

On our arrival we were pleasantly suprised to find a newly built infinity pool perched on the cliff top and brand new water park with fanastically fast waterslides. The other pool is quite noisy and busy but is called the activity pool. food was excellent but this view was not shared by my husband and children and sometimes that british staple of chips was not available at tea time. Hamburgers, hot dogs and spag bol were available every lunch time at the snack bars which kept them happy. Site was spotlessly clean but not very suitable for infirm, wheelchairs or pushchairs as it has very steep slopes and lots of steps which are marble and can be very slippy when wet. kids club was a bit poor with very few activities which had to be paid for. We went on the sizzle and swim cruise which was very relaxing apart from jumping of the top of the boat into the sea! make sure your cruise leaves from the little harbour next to the hotel otherwise it is a 45 min coach to kusadasi, cruise up to bay before hotel then back to kusadasi for the coach back. The boat has a sun deck on top and a shady seating area underneath which was essential as we had two weeks of blazing sunshine! Are favourite passtime was spot that rare breed on site - the british. The hotel is very french orientated and they took over the site. Their kids were in the french kids club all day and they hated any children being round them and were very rude and aggressive towards children ( if you dont like kids why go to a hotel with a waterpark) they went mad if they were splashed but insisted on pulling their loungers as close as possible to the pool or showers and standing at the bottom of the huge water slides (curlup in a ball and you make a bigger splash he he). rooms were lovely and clean but aircon was poor and the bathroom flooded every time we showered. all together it was a fab site and holiday but needs more british, there were 102 on site and the day we left so did 67 others and only 32 were coming in! AS BILLY TO DO HIS MIMIC MAN DANCE it was the highlight of our holiday and dont forget your french phrase book or take a crossword book for evenings as there wasnt much english entertainment. if you are going stick some dairylea in your suitcase as the reps were craving for it, it might get you a free trip! enjoy and tell your friends as we may go back but need a few more friendly brits to even out the numbers! maria gary ollie and ebony take euros or sterling as everything is doubled up on site with lira.
