Very good, shame about the limited internet

Agree with Basma - nice food, lovely beach. Massage parlour - hmmmmm.... excellent. Pool and jacquzzi too.

BUT this "free wi-fi" internet service suddenly stops at 12 midnight and starts 8am - why????? Is it switched off? Is there a technical problem? don't know, because I didn't bother to ask but can imagine it would be frustrating for business users. Although I didn't need these, I noticed that there were plenty of highchairs and baby friendly facilities in the dining room and that all parts of the hotel were very accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs. Ramps to and from everywhere, and lifts to all levels.

Not worth a 10 in my opinion, definitely pretty good though. I'd come again.

From the moment we arrived, we were truly amazed by the enthusiasm, courtesy and sheer hard work of the wonderful staff there. Always ready to help and in some cases before being asked (despite having some language difficulties) they still tried in French, Arabic, in writing, sign language :)
Facilities - what can I say? Fantastic! Spa, pool, scenery, bowling, billiards, disco, turkish hammam, free wi-fi, etc etc
Food was delicious throughout, whether the buffet, restaurant, room service or even just snacks by the pool. Both traditional Turkish and more standard European fare was perfectly prepared and exquisitely presented.
Rooms were very clean, a flower on each pillow and mints thoughtful touch, spacioious bathrooms,always immpecably clean at all times without intrusion - good selection of satellite channels with crystal clear reception.
For the pastI 10 years I have travelled round the world on average a minimum of 6-8 times in a year and always stay at a different hotel each time. I can honestly say this is one of, if not the best hotel I have every been to. Recommended with all my heart!!!

The stay at this hotel was horrendous. The only thing that was worthwhile was the outside pool and beach. The interior of the hotel is substandard, the staff usually unwilling and unable (due to knowing no English) to help you. The breakfast in the morning is disgusting and is fed out to guests through troughs. And, unless you want to wait for your room service for 3 hours and make several calls, don't bother. Also, keep track of what you consume from the minibar as they will try to overcharge you.
