unpleasant budget Rent a car in Istanbul only if it is really necessary! For taking the car when arriving at the airport without a previous reserve is a bit troublesome and after when living for giving it back is very time consuming. You need to check every detail. The traffic is heavy, the parking is extremely expensive near the touristic places and the employees are not talking in English. So it is more cheaper and less stressful to take a taxi!
