Dont get your hopes up.
We arrived at about 3 in the morning to be greeted by the man at reception whose first comment was "welcome to paradise" to which I replied " I hope so" he was wrong. Before I begin I must say that I had a fantastic holiday but unfortunately that was due to who I was with and had nothing to do with the hotel itself. There is no minibar, at least not in the way most of us think of them, there is in fact a small empty fridge (ours was moldy and did not work) so if you arrive as we did in the middle of the night take something to drink with you as all of the water points in the hotel are emptied at night. If you have booked a pool view room you may have a fight on your hands. After complaining about being stuck overlooking the main road and hearing the music from the numerous clubs and bars situated opposite our room I was finally told by our very rude and quite aggressive rep that I would get no help from the people at reception and if I wanted a pool view a was "welcome to take a photo ...Read more
