From walking through the door to leaving every member of staff was extremely kind pleasant and very,very helpful. The hotel is not only magnificent but extremely clean, pleasant and comfortable, the restaurant food was very good. I had some problems which meant had to contact the police it was no FAULT of the hotel but all the staff went out of there way to help me. WONDERFUL place to be and I would go again without hesitation
