The Hotel service was good but some staff is very unhelpful, need to smile more. Overall trip was very good, especially the boat ride.

My wife and I recently returned from a stay at the Best Western Antea Palace. The hotel is situated about 5 mins from the Sultanahmet Square. The rooms were spotless and a good size.Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I think it was the staff that really set the tone for our first trip to ISTANBUL. They made us feel very comfortable and relaxed about finding our way around the city. I really hope we can return to Ýstanbul soon - I will definitely stay at the Antea Palace again, next time we'll bring our kids!
