Great location, bad service

The hotel has a good location, we can visit Blue Mosque, Ayasophia, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazzar... in a few minutes, we also can see a great view on balcony and top floor. However, the waiters who work in the restaurant are not polite, they disturb( try to accost)our group members( single women), it makes us feel uncomfortable! I think they should enhance their" in-service training"!
