| Cut Back Hotel |
| We visited this hotel 3 years ago and enjoyed it so much that we decided to go back this year. What a mistake that was.
We were told that it has been taken over and that there were a lot of cut backs. They where not joking.
Because we had a very long day travelling plus delays we didn’t get to the hotel till late so on the second day we said we would have a sleep in the afternoon so we put the “do not disturb “on the door. As the room had not be cleaned at all so at 5 o’clock that night I phoned reception and asked if our room would be cleaned today. The answer we got was NO we do not come back to clean rooms.
We had NO top sheets on any of the beds, the room was not cleaned properly the floor was only wash twice (not swept only washed) the whole time we there (14 Days).
We asked for a wake up call at 6-45am we received it at 5-30 then another at 6-35am.
We had power cuts when asked at reception how long will the electric be before it is on again he said (How do you know that it is off!!!!!) this happen quite a few times.
The food was not that good. In the mornings you can have an omelette cooked while you wait only to find it’s not cooked. The manager walked around the dinning area ever day looking but not speaking to any one. It looked like he was trying to see were he could save money on the food. The bread was rock hard; there was no variety in any off the meals the same night in night out. (CRAP!) You asked for a drink at night only to be served in Plastic Mugs, The beach toilets left a lot to be desired the men’s worse than the ladies, No variety in the food, again.
