One of the best
It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. In September 2006 Istayed also in Belcekiz, a 5 star hotel, but suncity I liked more!
The territory of hotel is very green and really nice. There are 2 pools outside and bars near them were working to suggest you cold water or juice. We with my friend liked the little one. There were fewer people there always.
The food and beverage is fine, there were always fruits (peachs, apples, oranges, melons and sometimes berries, plums always), the rice was so delicious that we ate it every evening. There were different types of meat dishes, we liked it really. On afternoon there was even ice cream too, after breakfast and dinner also.
The rooms are large and clean, bathroom is nice also.
The private beach is in lagoon, everyday you can reach it by free bus of the hotel. And lagoon is nice!!! Not so many people as in the beach. The water-bicycles were free. We enjoyed much!
Also you can go to beach, it is not far from the hotel...

Cut Back Hotel
We visited this hotel 3 years ago and enjoyed it so much that we decided to go back this year. What a mistake that was.
We were told that it has been taken over and that there were a lot of cut backs. They where not joking.
Because we had a very long day travelling plus delays we didn’t get to the hotel till late so on the second day we said we would have a sleep in the afternoon so we put the “do not disturb “on the door. As the room had not be cleaned at all so at 5 o’clock that night I phoned reception and asked if our room would be cleaned today. The answer we got was NO we do not come back to clean rooms.
We had NO top sheets on any of the beds, the room was not cleaned properly the floor was only wash twice (not swept only washed) the whole time we there (14 Days).
We asked for a wake up call at 6-45am we received it at 5-30 then another at 6-35am.

Great place
It is the best place I have stayed. The staff are really helpful, the entertainment team worked so hard to make our stay top class. The food was really well prepared. Top marks to all.
