THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS NOT TOO BAD AND ACCESS TO THE MAIN RESORT WAS EASY.
THE STAFF HOWEVER WERE ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETANT AT EVERY ASPECT OF THEIR JOB, ON ARRIVAL NO INFORMATION WAS EVEN CHECKED ABOUT OUR BOOKING DETAILS THEREFORE WE COULD HAVE BEEN ANYONE. ON ARRIVAL THE ENTIRE HOTEL WAS WAITING TO BE RELOCATED AS THE HOTEL WAS NOT STOCKED TO BE OPEN, NEVER MIND FOR THOSE OF US WHO HAD PAYED "ALL INCLUSIVE".
IT WAS ONLY POSSIBLE TO HAVE LOCAL LAGER AND VODKA, AND THEN THEY WERE CONSTANTLY RUNNING OUT. THE MANAGEMENT WOULD STOP THE ALL INCLUSIVE TEN MINUTES EARLY THEN ATTEMPT TO CHARGE RIDICULOUS PRICES FOR WATERED DOWN DRINKS. ON THE SUBJECT OF WATER, THE HOTEL HAD NO BOTTLED WATER AND THE FREE WATER WAS BEING FILLED UP FROM TAP, I SEE THIS AS AN INSULT TO MY CUSTUM.
THE MEALS WERE SIMPLE AND OK FOR A FEW DAYS HOWEVER THERE IS ONLY SO MUCH RICE, CELERY AND OBERGINES A MAN CAN EAT.
THE STAFF TRIED HARD TO UNDERSTAND BUT SIMPLY DIDNT SPEAK AND ENGLISH APART FROM WORDS SUCH......
