We stayed here for 2 weeks on b&b basis, but only had breakfast twice. It's ok if u like eggs,ie boiled,fried,scrambled,eggybread. The wasps liked the meat and jams, too many wasps the food was covered with plastic lids, but the wasps were inside. We found it very expensive to drink there and buy the water and ice creams from the shop on site. To buy a large soft drink was a joke as they don't charge as a large. They charged as two small. The pool area was not cleaned regularly. We did not get the right room on arrival as they had over booked we had to wait for a week to get right room. We were told that the facilites were free, which was not true. We had to pay 2.50 lira for a game of pool nd £8.00 for an hour to play tennis. It turned out to be a very expensive holiday for our family. I have been to Turkey 4 times, but would not go to this hotel again.

Beautiful Hotel, Had problems with arriving and room not available, Not hotels fault, but had to sleep in foyer area with two children. The reception was quite helpful and offered to call our travel agent in England, Which we thought was quite nice.Once room was ready the air conditioning leak all night which caused a very restless night.In the morning we complained about the air conditioning but wasn't interested as we only stayed for one night. On checking out they produced a bill which we felt was extremly high. We asked for a print out to find they had charged us for a phone bill on 48.30 Liras which is £20 for the call.I couldn't believe it !! We tried to explain that they offered and they dialled the number from Reception but the Manager ( a young Female) became very aggressive and told us we wouldn't get our passports back until we paid. She would'nt tell us her name, she said she didn't have one. After 45 Minutes of refusing to pay, She gave us our passports back and told us never to come back to Turkey. The cooks and restaurant staff were so nice. So glad i didn't have to stay much longer. For us a really bad experience. Such a shame as we travel to Turkey quite alot and have never experienced such rudeness before.

We have just returned from this hotel and found that all of the staff - cleaning, bar, restaurant and pool staff were lovely but the management were absolutly awful and have actually put us off ever returning to this hotel. We were not allowed to bring anything into the hotel but as we had a 7 month old baby and had to sterilise her bottles we could not afford to buy there water everyday as we needed at least 3 litres per day and the hotel were selling there water at £1.50 per litre which would of cost us 4.50 per day when we could get a 5 litre bottle from the local supermarket for £0.50p, the management were not happy with this so we had to hide it in our rucksack like naughty school children. The price of beer is quite fair but the price in the shop is absolutly discusting, my partner went for armbands one day and they were charging £2.50 per armband and the ice lollies were also £2.50 onwards. This hotel is beautiful and would be best suited to people without kids and are able to venture into town where prices are fairer and people are more welcoming. We were told that there would be animation 5 days a week and there was only 1 turkish dancer on a tuesday who was there for about 1 hour and a half. It also states that the gyma and sauna are free this is actually untrue and there is a charge. This hotel has a lot of potential but unfortunatly has very poor management that are only interested in money.
