Ali and his family were brilliant, had a great holiday and for the first time in many years will not be looking at any other accomodation in Dalyan for next years holiday, Ali see you on 2010 and many thanks

We stayed at the Minta apartments Oct 08, Ali and his family could not do enough for us. Good location in residential area so peaceful at night. Apartments new so very nicely decorated, really nice bathrooms. AC was included in price. Definitely a place to return to time and again. For those who like it, they provide full English breakfast at reasonable cost, meals upon request.

This was our first visit to Dalyan & its definately not our last. we stayed at the minta apartments which were first class, very clean, 5mins walk to town & in a lovely quiet location. Ali & his family who own the apartments made us so welcome they are like a second family. we are definately going back to the minta next year, cant wait. Sue & Andy

Great accommodation

Our family stayed for a week and wished it could have been a lot longer. Apartments are brand new and well fitted. There is a swimming pool and also a small bar and snack bar. Ali the owner lives in the building so is always on hand with advice and help regarding trips etc. We really enjoyed the mud baths great fun. Good family accommodation at a really low price
