It is a beautiful high class hotel with a real international-friendly atmosphere. It really provides 5 star services. You never get board in this hotel. There is always something nice to do. The entertainment team ware great, very friendly & amazing. They always make sure to keep you happy.
Nice & classy lobby, yard, area &.
Rooms are small but very clean-Hotel service was very good
Food was fabulous. Very fresh & good quality
Drinks were great
Disco & Djs were good
Sport facilities were great
Entertainment & activities were fabulous (to much, exactly enough). They even provide salsa training.
The only boring thing about this hotel was the concerts.

Weekly Market Weekly Market held on a sat is out of this World , You will be able to find everything , live chickens, spices, clothes, bits and bobs , you will deff find a bargin , they expect you to haggle with the price , so the first price they give you might be high but you will not pay it so dont worry.

Don't book through your rep You more than likely already know this, but onslaught and barrage of reps trying to hit you up attractions starts as soon as you get of the plane and onto the coach, just sit there smile and think of all the cash you'll be saving by going elsewhere to get your tours, as your reps usually add on their 20% for themselfs.

buses Although in many cases getting to turgutreis by boat is very easy the bus is much cheaper and the bus drivers speak english so you can easily ask them which bus to get, although they do finish serving the hotel quite early in the evening.
