Very disappointing holiday
It was definately not a 4star hotel more like a 2star. The room was shabby and not the cleanest. The food was very poor and usually luke warm. The food was not covered and flies were a bit of a problem, pool bar offered poor selection of drinks considering it was all-inclusive. Pop was out of bottles and usually flat Some of the staff were not that friendly, entertainment was ok. The music seemed to be mainly rave and too loud. The beach was our haven were we spent most our time and we were looked after by a young kurdish lad called memet who handed out mattresses and took payment for them thats right you have to pay for them at the beach. Turkey is a beautiful place - we might consider going again just not here.

Needs alot of work
Well first of all this hotel isn't a 4star more like a 2star or 3star! Even the staff agreed which is saying something, the swimming pool was very deep, and I saw lots of people slipping over, one of which was a young boy! So if you have young kids look for another hotel! Food wasn't great! not what i expect from a 4star. drink was very limited by this I mean beer/wine/raki/gin or vodka that is it! but on the plus side the bar staff all very nice, happy and funny, so was pacha and archie the animation guys, it was thanks to these people we had a good time. They really invovle every1. Go with an open mind, turkey is a lovely place and this place has amazing sunsets and views, go and try it.

Poor food, worst holiday I have had
Very poor food. Staff don’t understand English. 10 miles from shops. Most guests are Russian, German, Turks. Pool bar staff very rude. Rise at 6 in the morning to get a sunbed. Make sure you sign for stuff not included or you will be over charged. You have been warned.

Best family holiday
We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at Tansel Beach and I have to say this was the best family holiday we have had. The food was lovely and a good choice each day. Admittedly the food is mainly all turkish but we love this so it was not a problem for us. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. The gardens, pool and eating areas are kept clean constantly. We found the staff to be very helpful and polite. The animation team who provided the entertainment were very funny, they put on a different show every night and like to include all the audience but if you do not want to participate then they do not put much pressure on you. The only complaint I had was that the bar staff did not always listen and got the drinks order wrong also they were busy chatting when people were waiting to be served but I commented on this in a questionnaire which I completed the day I was leaving. The hotel manager then came to us after reading this and thanked me for taking the time to wr...Read more
